About Me- Daniel Arku, PhD, MBA, CPC, ELI-MP

I’ve spent my career learning how systems shape outcomes—from optimizing mining operations to designing evidence-generation strategies and health-economic models that influence billion-dollar decisions. And here's what I kept noticing: brilliant frameworks and clean data only create impact when the people behind them are actually clear, energized, and aligned with what they're doing.
That insight changed everything for me. It led to Tarsia Solutions™—a coaching practice built on helping professionals and leaders treat their energy as their most valuable asset.

The Path Here

I grew up in Accra, Ghana, where community and conversation shaped much of who I am. Life then took me to Alaska for graduate school (still can’t fully explain that decision, but it taught me perseverance and open‑mindedness), and now to Arizona. Each move reminded me that resilience isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about staying curious when nothing makes sense, and discovering who you are when everything shifts.Beyond the professional journey, I’m someone who thrives on play and connection. You’ll often find me on the soccer field, at a local coffee shop, or in conversations that somehow stretch into three hours. I also enjoy working out and riding my bike—at least when the Arizona heat gives me a break. What fascinates me most? Watching someone unlock something they didn’t know was possible—that moment when things just… click.
